My client is a leading infrastructure company heading up the largest infrastructure project in Europe. They are looking for a Senior Land Access Officer with a land referencing or land surveying background to act as the focal point between Delivery teams, Engineering Ground Investigation, Design and Environmental PSCs and Land Referencing PSCs to coordinate access requests to secure timely access to land to enable survey activities.

Your responsibilities as a Senior Land Access Officer will include:

• Producing documents and present them effectively to a variety of stakeholders
  • Coordinating groups of stakeholders to agree requirements
  • Ensuring deliverables are provided within time, cost and quality criteria
  • Preparing briefings and presentations for other members of the team

Location: Birmingham

Salary:   £34,672 - £43,355

Requirements:

• Experience in surveying, land access and land referencing
• Experience using ArcGIS or Arc Map is essential
• Strong data analysis and communication skills
• An understanding of the compulsory purchase process or the government compensation schemes would be beneficial (further training on this will be provided)
