·Manage projects end-to-end, including:
oProducing fee proposals
oAllocating resources
oManaging programmes and deadlines
·Liaise with clients, planners, and approving authorities to support planning and technical approvals
You'll have access to a comprehensive suite of modern design software, including:
·AutoCAD
·Civil 3D
·Site 3D
·Flow
·Infodrainage
·Bluebeam (for reviews, mark-ups, and technical documentation)

About You

·Fully competent producing drainage networks independently using Flow or Infodrainage
·Excellent understanding of private drainage and adoptable standards (S104)
·Solid experience delivering residential infrastructure design packages (S38, S104, private drainage, external works)
·Good working knowledge of private highway design standards and 3D highway modelling
·Comfortable reviewing designs and mentoring junior staff
·Experience managing projects, fees, and resources
·Degree-qualified in Civil Engineering or a related discipline
What's on Offer
This consultancy offers a highly attractive package and a genuinely supportive working environment, including:
·High level of technical autonomy and project ownership
·Exposure to diverse and specialist projects, including emerging energy infrastructure
·Clear progression routes toward Principal and Associate levels
·Competitive salary with company-wide annual bonus
