An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Highway Engineer to come and join our client in South Wales on an initial 3 month contract.
 
 
The successful candidate will as a minimum demonstrate skills and experience in:
 
·Project management including design, contractual and financial control.
·Selecting techniques, procedures and methods to undertake engineering tasks.
·Contributing to the design and development of engineering solutions.
·Delivering projects on time and evaluating design solutions.
·Using oral and written methods effectively for the communication of technical and other information to professionals, elected members and the public.
·Identifying, organising and using resources effectively to complete tasks;
·Managing and applying safe systems of work.
·Management of quality processes.
·Working on own initiative and as part of a team.
·Competently using computer systems and programmes.
