What You'll Be Doing
·Lead and manage ground investigations from concept to completion.
·Deliver interpretative geotechnical and geo-environmental reports, providing clear, commercially focused advice to clients.
·Undertake geotechnical design including slope stability, foundations (shallow and deep), retaining structures, and earthworks specifications.
·Provide technical leadership and mentor junior engineers and geologists.
·Build strong relationships with clients, helping to expand the company's network and opportunities.
·Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across civil, structural, transport, and environmental engineering.
·Ensure projects are delivered to the highest technical and safety standards, on time and on budget.

What We're Looking For
·Degree in Geology, Civil Engineering, Earth Sciences, or related discipline (MSc desirable).
·Chartered or near-chartered status with a relevant professional body.
·Strong technical expertise in site investigation, geotechnical design, and interpretative reporting.
·Ability to lead projects and manage client relationships confidently.
·Good working knowledge of software such as AutoCAD, ArcGIS, RocScience, Oasys, gINT, PLAXIS, or Wallap.
·A collaborative mindset with excellent communication skills.
