Role: Senior EC&I Engineer - Industrial Water
Location: UK Wide with potential for Remote Working
Rate: £400 per day - Inside IR35
Duration: 12 months +
 
My client are looking for a Senior EC&I Engineer who will be critical in helping to assist successful delivery of projects on budget and within time scales to join their busy team working on industrial water projects.
 
Responsibilities include:
 
·Managing the delivery of projects may act as discipline lead within a multidisciplinary team.
·Maintain client contact and ensure that project delivery meets the client's objectives and requirements.
·Ensuring that the technical content of all work carried out is correct and completed in accordance within agreed timescales and budgets.
·Undertake project delivery tasks, which may include calculations, drawings, sketches and reports.
·Provide technical guidance, support and training to colleagues and assist, where practicable, in mentoring and development of others.
·Work in close collaboration with colleagues from other disciplines
 
Skills and Experience:
 
·Excellent technical knowledge across a variety of sectors including Water, Industrial and Manufacturing
·Experienced in EC&I detailed design deliverables such as Control Philosophy/FDS, SLD, Cable Block Diagrams, schedules, loop drawings and cable calculations.
·Knowledge of HV, ATEX or SIL would be a plus
·Knowledge of Amtech ProDesign and AutoCAD
·Degree qualified in an Electrical Engineering discipline
·Chartered member of IET
·Ability to work on own initiative and seek assistance when required.
·Ability to organise and prioritise workload to ensure that timescales and budgets are met.
·Take responsibility for personal development and support the learning of others.
·Effective negotiation and persuading skills.
