We have one of the worlds most exciting projects in our current portfolio, and you could be the person to further strengthen our team!
 
We are searching for someone with an architectural background, ideally with experience within the hospitality space, to work alongside our Design Directors on this magnificent project. You will be supporting the team on this giga project being delivered from the UK. 
 
We require
·First class or 2.1 degree in Architecture, Engineering, or construction Discipline -
·Chartered/Fellow member of a relevant professional institution such as ICE. CIOB, APM, RICS or CIBSE
·Minimum 5 years work experience in a similar role or working as a document controller within the construction industry.
The role
·Design Manager role to support the Design Directors
·6-12 month initial contract
·Up to £40ph
·Flexible working, but expected to be in Birmingham office 2-3 days per week, with a bi-weekly trip to London to meet the wider team (Expenses covered). 
We will conduct interviews via MS Teams, with most likely a 2 stage interview.
