My client is an international consultancy who have a strong hold on rail infrastructure projects in the UK and are looking to add to their team asap.
 
 
More about the role:

·The role is working mostly on rail infrastructure projects - Detailed design of substructures to LU, NR, HS2 Standards and Eurocodes.
·Potential Site inspections and liaison.
·Client and consultant liaison and coordination.
·Be aware of and assist with monitoring and control of project costs, Assist with negotiation and preparation of fee variations.
·Assist with preparation of project invoicing.
·Assist with training and direction of graduate / design engineers and draftspersons.
·Project programming and monitoring.
·QA procedure implementation.
 
Experience needed:

·+5 years engineering experience required with at least +3 years in rail
·Experience of working on network rail schemes
·Experience of working on basement structures preferable but not mandatory.
·Must have strong experience design RC structures. Advanced RC design skills advantageous.
