Senior Civil Engineer - Oxford/Southampton/Remotely

This multi-disciplinary consultancy services include Structural and Civil Engineering design, Historic buildings, conservation and building surveying.
The Civil Engineering team are currently looking for a Senior Engineer to join them to help lead a team of engineers. As a Senior Engineer in the Civil Engineering team you will be involved in hands-on design and running projects ranging up to £40m

The successful candidate can either be based in the Southampton or Oxford office with the opportunity to work remotely. The consultancy promote close collaboration between offices / teams to give the opportunity to engage with specialist colleagues across the company.

Ideally the Engineer will be Chartered / Incorporated with varied design experience and strong communication skills.

The Civil Engineering team design and support projects carried out in all four offices as well as working on civil engineering led projects in residential, commercial, industrial, educations, leisure, and retail sectors.
 
The team would like to hear from you if you have the following skills and abilities:

·Experience in Micro-drainage, AutoCAD, Civil3D, SuDS.
·Preparing Flood Risk Assessments and Drainage Strategies.
·Highway and Road design.

Responsibilities

·Assist in leading a team of engineers via line management and mentoring.
·Hands on design and running projects.
