Who will you be joining?

The recruiting surveying practice are a member of the ACAI that boast a wealth of projects across multiple sectors and of varying sizes. They pride themselves on their office culture and collaborative working environment which has given them the growth and fantastic projects leading to this need arising.  
 
What will you do?

Within this role you will have a versatile list of responsibilities which includes the following:
·Conducting technical reviews of building control submissions
·Preparing and issuing Plan Check Reports and Certificates
·Attending meetings and liaising with clients, design teams, architects, and contractors
·Conducting site visits and inspections with reports and follow up measures put in place
·Identify Business Development Opportunities
·Mentoring more junior members of staff to assist in their development
 
What do you need?

To be successful in your application for this role you will need to demonstrate the following on application and through the interview process:
 
·Professionally qualified with chartered status - MRICS MCABE MBEng or equivalent
·Minimum 5 years' experience in building control
·Clear and demonstratable knowledge of building standards and legislation
·Previous experience working for an ACAI member
