Senior Associate, Civil Engineering

What You Will Be Doing
·Lead, manage and grow the civil engineering discipline across key projects.
·Deliver infrastructure and residential development schemes including highways, drainage, utilities and water sector work.
·Build and maintain strong client relationships while identifying new business opportunities.
·Drive project delivery to financial targets and ensure technical compliance.
·Represent your team at meetings with clients, local authorities and stakeholders.
·Lead and mentor technical teams, championing best practice and innovation.
Skills & Experience You Need
·A degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
·Chartered Engineer status, or be close to achieving chartership.
·Proven experience in infrastructure design for residential and mixed-use developments.
·Strong technical knowledge of highways, drainage, utilities and water management.
·Excellent communication skills with clients and project stakeholders.
