Contract Rate: £300-400 / Day Inside IR35 - Dependant on Experience.
 
Contract Length: 6 months

Role Details:
My Client is looking for an experienced Signalling Supervisor to help support the S&T Network Rail Framework in the Swindon region.
 
Within this role you will co-ordinate/supervise work groups, assigning work, monitoring site progress, liasing with signalling depot teams, and providing mentoring for staff and general site leadership. By doing this you will deliver activities within agreed time lines, according to the agreed quality and in line with all safety rules, principles and IRSE licensing requirements.
 
Furthermore you will assist with the delivery of the team's performance using the Company's Signalling Competency Management Framework and Performance and Development process.
 
Essential:
·Experience as a Signalling Supervisor on Network Rail Infrastructure Projects.
·Valid PTS & COSS/IWA track safety competencies.
·SMTH Competency
 
Preferred:
·Hold a G110 (Tester & Author Checker)
·Hold or working towards Engineering Manager (Installation) IRSE License.
