Salary: £32,000 - £45,000 per annum (dependent on experience) + £5.5k car allowance
 
Location: Doncaster or Manchester - 3 days a week in office, 2 days working from home.
 
Role Details:
My Client is looking for an Quantity Surveyor or Assistant Quantity Surveyor to help support the growing Signalling and Telecoms team on multiple Network Rail frameworks across the Midlands region.
 
Within this role, you will be responsible for handling 20-30 live schemes ranging form £50,000 to £20mil in value and undertaking tasks such as cost control and other commercial responsibilities. You will be using commercial contracts such as NEC's and ICC's.
 
Essential:
·Experience as a Commercial Quantity Surveyor working on railway frameworks.
·Experience working for a Tier 1 contractor within the rail sector.
 
Preferred:
·Prior experience working on Signalling and Telecoms projects.
