Are you a Quantity Surveyor with M&E fit out experience?

Do you have extensive experience using NEC and JCT contracts?

Rate: £400 per day outside IR35
Location: Surrey (1 day a week, 4 days from home)
Contract Length: Ongoing

This is a great opportunity to work with a leading consultancy on several projects across Surrey. Only 1 day a week will be required on site, with the remaining 4 days working from home.

Due to the nature of the work, previous experience of using NEC and JCT forms of contract are essential for this role. In addition to this, previous experience of Quantity Surveying on M&E fit-out projects is essential.

A candidate that has QS experience for a main contractor is also preferred, with previous experience working directly for the client also being ideal.

This role is deemed outside IR35, with the rate at £400 per day.
