Are you a Quantity Surveyor with experience working on Network Rail frameworks?
 
Do you have experience working on NEC contracts?
 
This is an excellent opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to join a main contractor on the delivery of earthworks schemes for Network Rail. The ideal candidate will have experience managing multiple projects in a portfolio with NEC experience.
 
Rate: £400-450/day Umbrella, Inside IR35
Location: London
Duration: 6 months, potential for extension
 
Requirements:
·5 years of experience working as a Quantity Surveyor
·Previous experience working on Network Rail Frameworks
·Strong experience with NEC3 or NEC4 contracts
·Proficient in subcontract management and cost reporting.
·Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple projects up to £5mil
