Key Responsibilities
- Produce Revit and CAD drawings to support electrical and mechanical designs
- Assist with the development and coordination of BIM models
- Support engineers in delivering concept through to detailed design packages
- Help prepare specifications, schedules and technical documentation
- Coordinate with engineers, architects and consultants to ensure integrated design
- Attend project meetings and contribute to technical discussions
- Develop knowledge of UK building regulations and industry standards

What Are We Looking For
- Experience using Revit and AutoCAD within a building services environment
- Relevant qualification in Building Services Engineering or a related discipline
- Basic understanding of MEP systems
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
- Good communication skills and ability to work within a team
- A proactive, enthusiastic approach with a genuine interest in sustainable design
