Are you a commercially astute Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor with a passion for infrastructure and maintenance? We are working with a leading provider of street lighting maintenance in the North West who are seeking a skilled QS professional to join their growing commercial team in Liverpool.

What You'll Be Doing

As part of a collaborative team, you will:

·Oversee the commercial management of our client's street lighting maintenance contract.
·Manage and administer contracts, procure subcontracts, and control cost forecasting and reporting (internal and client-facing).
·Handle tendering, pricing, and placement of contracts and third-party works.
·Maintain accurate records and schedules for procurement and project progress.
·Interface directly with client delivery teams, ensuring excellent client relationship management.
·Oversee change control and ensure profitability under target cost and other contract conditions.
·See projects through from inception to final account closure.

What We're Looking For

·Commercial Acumen: Proven ability to manage the financial aspects of complex projects.
·Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in measurement, contract administration, tendering, and schedule management.
·Client Focus: Skilled in managing relationships with client delivery teams.
·Cost Control: Experience using commercial systems for cost reporting and forecasting.
·Attention to Detail: Strong record-keeping and commercial information management.
