An Experienced Property surveyor is required to work on an interim basis with a council in Cheshire!
Rate: £35 p/h Umbrella (Possible negotiation)
Duration: Up to 6 months
37 hours  week
JOB PURPOSE:
·To manage the operational estate ensuring repairs and maintenance is carried out, Health and Safety compliance, fit for purpose estate and assist the asset management lead.
·The position will be predominantly home based with some office presence required plus site visits as appropriate .
MINIMUM REQUIREMENT:
·A qualification in Building Surveying or Property Management
·Experience in managing planned maintenance programmes and investment programmes within a local authority
·Driving licence and own vehicle required (Mileage paid for site visits)
