Project Manager

Who will you be joining?

You will be joining a Global Consultancy on a secondment to a reputable Higher Education Establishment in the North West. The Estates team currently manage projects ranging from £5k to £2.5M with between 5-10 projects at any one time.
 
What will you do?

Within this role you will have a versatile list of responsibilities which includes the following:
·Monitor progress and deliver of work programmes reporting to the Head of Estates
·Day to day leadership of Capital Projects
·Engage with Stakeholder, Operational Management and Clients
·Monitor contractors and consultants to ensure quality of work and adherence of legislation/policies
·Agree project objectives, develop and prepare feasibility proposals
·Manage all project documentation
 
 
What do you need?

To be successful in your application for this role you will need to demonstrate the following on application and through the interview process:
 
·Previous experience working within an Estates setting
·Private and public sector experience
·Relevant professional qualification in discipline covering building and construction
·Minimum of 5 years' experience withing Building Surveying/ Project Management
·Significant experience managing multiple projects valued up to £2million
·Experience of contract management, project management and change control
