Job description
Role - Operations Coordinator / Administrator
Location: Irlam
Salary Range: £20-23,000
Working week: Monday - Friday 40 hours
Engagement: Permanent position with a 6 month temporary to permanent engagement
My client is a market leading engineering company that are looking to expand their team by hiring a Operations Coordinator / Administrator.
My client is a leading infrastructure contractor who cover a range of site based operations in the water sector.
This is largely office based roles where you will be responsible for:
- Ensuring engineering teams are provided with Job packs before they are dispatched to site.
- Liaising with third parties and client to secure site access and permits
- Administration and data entry
In this role you will be working as part of an established team in an office based capacity and you will also receive training on how to technical reports which will play part of the role.
Finally there will be approximately 1 day per week covering driving duties where you will help the team deliver samples to the laboratory.
The ideal candidate will have varied IT experience eg Mircosoft excel, work and outlook / emails
