Position: Procurement and Commercial Manager Location: Scotland Salary: £45,000 to £60,000 per annum.

Role Overview: As the Procurement and Commercial Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our procurement processes and commercial activities. You will be responsible for managing supplier relationships, negotiating contracts, and optimizing procurement strategies to drive efficiency and cost-effectiveness. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with internal teams to support project delivery and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
·Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with organizational objectives
·Source, evaluate, and negotiate contracts with suppliers to secure favourable terms and pricing
·Manage supplier relationships and performance, ensuring timely delivery of goods and services
·Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand project requirements and provide procurement support
·Monitor market trends and identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements
·Ensure compliance with procurement policies, procedures, and regulations
·Analyse and report on procurement KPIs to track performance and identify areas for improvement
Requirements:
·Proven experience in procurement and commercial management, ideally within the design or creative industry
·Strong negotiation skills with a track record of achieving favourable outcomes
·Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels
·Sound knowledge of procurement best practices, contract law, and supply chain management principles
·Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
·Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
·Relevant qualifications in procurement, business, or a related field are desirable
