The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in managing complex projects, mentoring junior engineers, and driving the strategic direction of the structural engineering division.

The successful Principal Structural Engineer will be joining an employee owned, award-winning consultancy.

The consultancy are working on a wide range of projects including education, residential, commercial industrial, retail and more.

Key Responsibilities

• Leading structural design from conception to construction documentation.
• Conducting thorough structural analysis and preparing technical reports.
• Collaborating effectively with stakeholders and mentor junior engineers

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
• Minimum of 8 years' experience in building design projects.
• Proficiency in relevant software and codes.
