Summary:
·This role offers the opportunity to lead project delivery of highways schemes for Strategic and Local Authority clients across the Northwest and UK. As a senior member of the team, you'll have the opportunity to develop future work opportunities as well as leading and developing team members.
·Roles are based on either our Warrington and or Manchester offices, with some travel within the region to ensure you can deliver value for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
·Leading technical delivery of highway engineering projects and key technical input into multi-disciplinary projects.
·Project management and delivery.
·Act as Technical Lead or Technical Reviewer on projects.
·Maintaining and developing excellent client relationships.
·Line Management of a team of engineers, technicians, and apprentices.
·Leading and developing multi-disciplinary global teams to deliver.
·Support the business in winning work including representing the business at networking events, preparing bids and tenders and establish, maintain, and develop relationships with existing and prospective internal and external clients
 
Key Requirements:
·BEng, MEng, or MSc Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
·IEng or CEng with a relevant professional institution (e.g., ICE or CIHT).
·Extensive experience of working with our key clients, e.g., Local Authorities, Highways England, Developers and/or major Contractors.\
·Demonstrable experience of managing project delivery for multi-disciplinary highways schemes.
·Experience in highway alignment design including links and junctions
·A thorough comprehension of technical standards relating to highways design with experience in identifying and seeking approvals for departures in standard
