Principal Network Change Officer
 
Are you an experienced in procurement or contractual processes within the highways industry?
 
I am recruiting for a Principal Network Change Officer who will join a client in Birmingham. The role will require an awareness of contracts, service specifications and Bills of Materials.
 
The role will involve
 
Managing maintenance responsibilities and liabilities for changes to highway infrastructure with:
 
i.Service providers through the relevant contractual processes; and
 
ii.Others providing maintenance and management services, as appropriate.
 
Working with officers promoting projects to change highway infrastructure to:
 
i.Understand the asset implications.
 
ii.Manage the change process efficiently; and
 
iii.Enable contract implications of network changes to be understood and planned for.
