My client is requiring a Principal DM Planning Officer who can hit the ground running , processing a caseload of Major applications.
 
This is on an initial 3-6 month basis.
 
My client is happy to offer this position on a completely remote basis. If required inspections can be carried out using Photographic evidence and resources such as Google Maps.
 
You must have the capacity to work on a remote basis.
 
Carrington West are able to offer £38-45 per hour for this position dependent on experience level.
 
To be successful in this position you MUST BE:
·A Qualified Town Planner with significant experience within a Local Authority Planning Department
