This Local Authority in the North West is looking for a Planning Officer to join the Development Management Team.
 
Initially for a 12 week period you will be able to hit the ground running and pick up a case load of predominantly House Holder and minors Planning applications.
 
Ideally you will have had recent experience within local authorities dealing with HH and Minor planning applications. If you have experience using Objective or Uniform systems this would be desirable.
 
Pay rate is negotiable depending on experience, but expected to be within £25-£30/h.
 
You must hold a Full UK Driving Licence for site visits with mileage paid £0.45/mile.
