Job title: Planning Manager
Location: South Benfleet
Hours: 10am - 4pm, including hybrid working
Salary: £48,474 - £55,309 per annum DOE
 
Are you a dynamic and motivated Planning professional looking for a new challenge? We are seeking a talented Planning Manager to join our client and play a pivotal role in their planning team.
 
Key Responsibilities:
·Lead and mentor a small team of town planners, providing guidance and support to ensure project success.
·Oversee the planning process from inception to completion, ensuring compliance with regulations and company standards.
·Collaborate with stakeholders to develop innovative solutions and drive projects forward.
·Utilise your expertise to provide strategic insights and recommendations to senior management.
·Adapt to changes in organizational structure and contribute to ongoing improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
·Proven experience in town Planning, with a track record of successful project management.
·Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
·Knowledge of planning regulations and procedures in the UK.
·Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
·Chartered status is preferred but not required; principal planners looking to step up are encouraged to apply.
·RTPI accredited degree or similar.
