My client is looking to source an experienced Planning Enforcement Specialist to lead a Local Authority planning enforcement team.
 
You will ideally have a track record of leading and motivating a team, to have operational responsibility for the Enforcement team in order to achieve a high quality, customer focused service. You will be the lead officer in matters relating to all the statutory functions of the post ensuring that sustained improvements in performance continue to be achieved.
 
You will be adept at giving evidence in Court and/or Public Inquiries, and you will need to have strong negotiation skills with the ability to negotiate on all forms of development proposals. You will also have excellent written and verbal communication skills including the ability to deal with potential difficult customers.
 
This role can be worked remotely, however you may have to attend the office for team meetings from time to time.
 
Carrington West Pay Rate - £50-55 per hour
