The council is looking for a Planning Enforcement Officer to hit the ground running. The chosen The candidate needs to have Proven experience in planning enforcement within a local authority setting especially with breaches associated with Houses in Multiple Occupation (HMO), 'Air BNB's, outbuildings, adverts.

·37 hours per week  
·Hourly rate - approx. £35 per hour
·Local Authority experience.
