Are you a dynamic Sub-Agent ready to take your career to the next level? We are looking for a Sub-Agent to drive excellence in safety, delivery, and stakeholder coordination on large-scale civil engineering and infrastructure projects.

In this role, you'll be at the heart of project delivery, overseeing safety, programme, quality, and design management. You'll work closely with subcontractors, suppliers, designers, and stakeholders, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standards. From promoting a strong safety culture to managing social value and environmental commitments, your work will have a real, tangible impact.
 
You'll be:
·Leading and mentoring Section Engineers, Site Engineers, and Apprentices
·Chair short interval control planning meetings and drive programme progress.
·Manage design, procurement, and handover processes, ensuring all deliverables
 
We're looking for someone with proven experience in civil engineering or infrastructure projects, strong leadership skills, and in-depth knowledge of construction legislation, NEC3/NEC4 contracts, and industry best practice.
