​Jayden is a Consultant in the town planning team. He works with candidate to provide town planning recruitment solutions to the private sector companies and local authorities.

Prior to joining Carrington West, Jayden worked within the teaching industry as a PE teacher, alongside finishing his university degree at Solent University. He prides himself on his relationship building skills and delivering top tier service to all candidates and clients.

In his spare time Jayden plays semi-professional football as well as playing golf, socialising with his friends and family, and watching football.
