3-month initial contract
 
I am recruiting for my client in the South-West as they look for a DM Planner to come in on a temporary 3-month initial contract to help clear through a mixed caseload of householder and smaller minor applications.
 
There may be the odd larger scale application that the post-holder will play a part in determining but these won't be too regular.
 
My client has confirmed the role has been assessed as Outside IR35. Site visits to the area will be required but on a sporadic basis, the rest of the work can be completed remotely.
