Job Title: Patching Supervisor

We are currently seeking an experienced Patching Supervisor to oversee our highway and smaller road works in the Merseyside area. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of patching operatives, ensuring that all work is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role is a temporary to permanent placement, so the ideal applicant should be looking for long term work.
Key Responsibilities:
·Plan, organise, and manage the delivery of patching works on highways and smaller roads in the Merseyside area
·Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety legislation and company policies and procedures
·Manage a team of patching operatives, providing guidance, training, and support as required
·Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and other members of the project team to ensure effective communication and coordination
·Monitor project progress and provide regular reports to senior management
Essential Requirements:
·Previous experience in a similar role, ideally within the highways or construction sector
·Knowledge of patching works, including materials, techniques, and equipment
·Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and engage a team
·Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
·Full UK driving license
