An exciting opportunity has arisen with our client for an Operations Manager to join their busy team, who are a specialist training and apprenticeship provider.
 
This role is responsible for developing and coordinating the provision of services, working with other functions within the business - primarily quality and data management.
 
The individual will have a strong understanding of apprenticeships and be effective in engaging with businesses and responding rapidly to their training needs. They will inspire and motivate staff and learners to achieve, ensuring that the Company continues to maintain exceptional standards and meet contractual obligations. Further, to effectively engage with a range of stakeholders, manage budgets and liaise with external bodies/agencies and partnerships.
 
 
Responsibilities:
 
Reporting directly to the Managing Director, based in Warrington your main responsibilities will be:
 
·Management of the operations of Apprenticeship and Commercial delivery, meeting the requirements of their clients, Ofsted and the ESFA
·Managing company KPIs in relation to pipeline, case loads, complaints, learners passed planned end date and EPA
·Identifying risks and seeking suitable solutions to mitigate
·Effective client engagement
·Production of monthly management reports for SLT meetings
·Supporting development of new programmes / products
·Overseeing website and social media activity to support promotion of the business
·Work closely with the Quality Team to ensure our programmes meet Ofsted requirements
·Working with Quality Compliance Manager developing and coordinating the roll out of new policies and procedures
·Keep up to date of professional and regulatory developments relating Ofsted and ESFA funding requirements
·Financial responsibilities include:
§Sales invoicing
§Overall responsibility for supplier invoice approval
§Commercial proposals
§Monitoring and approval of expenses
·Comply with GPDR regulations

Person Specification:
 
·Significant experience in developing and managing training provision - preferably apprenticeships
·Excellent communication, customer service & organisation skills with attention to detail
·Proficient in Microsoft 365, particularly Word and Excel
·Personable and engaging
·Organised and self-reliant
·Enthusiastic and professional
