Location: Luton (hybrid)
Rate: £400 per day (outside IR35)
Contract Length: 12 months
Ideal start date: 2nd October 2023
 
You will monitor the Contractor's compliance with the scope and administer their part of the NEC contract.
 
You will be able to work in the client's office - a parking space will be provided.
 
You will be expected to review construction drawings, phasing plans, and manage the construction programme.
 
You must have experience administering the NEC construction contract (option A).
 
You will check and approve method statements and works authorisations.
 
Essential:
·Previous experience of NEC contract administration on a major civils/infrastructure project
·Client-side experience
·Previous experience as a Site Supervisor/Clerk of Works/NEC Supervisor
