NEC Project Manager
Are you an experienced NEC Project Manager based in Scotland? Or willing to travel/work away?
I am recruiting for an NEC Project Manager to join a client on site in Glasgow on an initial 12 month contract.
The role will fall inside IR35.
The Role
The project involves transforming Aurs Road between Barrhead and Newton Mearns in East Renfrewshire. Planned improvements will transform the road from a winding, single carriage road to a straighter road with footpath and cycle path alongside Balgray Reservoir. It will also complete a 4km circular walking and cycling route around Balgray Reservoir for the first time.
The successful NEC Project Manager will have extensive experience of major highway site works in a similar role and experience of including risk management, quality, safety and contract administration. The post may involve supervising other staff that form the Council's site supervision team and will involve liaison with Council officers, outside bodies and stakeholders.
