Our client are busy local authority dedicated to delivering high-quality projects across the Hampshire area. With a strong commitment to excellence and a track record of success, we are seeking a skilled NEC 4 Supervisor to join the team and oversee Section 278 and Section 38 works.
 
What you will do
As an NEC 4 Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful execution of Section 278 and Section 38 works within the Hampshire area. You will be responsible for overseeing projects, ensuring compliance with NEC 4 contract requirements, and maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.
 
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise Section 278 and Section 38 works in accordance with NEC 4 contracts.
- Monitor project progress, budgets, and schedules to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
- Collaborate with project teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders to resolve any issues or disputes.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including reports and records.
- Provide technical guidance and support to the project team.
- Ensure that all work meets industry standards and quality expectations.
 
What you will need
- Proven experience as an NEC 4 Supervisor
- Familiar in Section 278 and Section 38 works.
- Strong knowledge of NEC 4 contracts and relevant construction regulations.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Relevant qualifications in construction or a related field.
