They have recently won a multitude of work in the Northern region, and would be looking to bring on a Managing Quantity Surveyor  to join their already established team.
 
Location: Beckton
 
Salary: £75,000 - £80,000 (Experience Dependant)

Requirements:
- Extensive experience as a Managing Quantity Surveyor
- Excellent man management skills
- A degree or equivalent in Quantity Surveying
- Working towards Chartered Surveyor or equivalent membership
- Knowledge working in Microsoft office applications
 
Responsibilities:
- Having the opportunity to progress into the role of Commercial Lead for the Southern Region of Rail within the company
- Managing a team of 6 Quantity Surveyors
-Manage a busy site with 3 councils
- Production of monthly accounting, costing, contract, management and financial information on a timely basis for inclusion in the monthly accounts package
- Liaising with the Project Managers, regarding ongoing cots, current position and variations in contracts.
- Monitoring costs against tender/contract specifications and agreements.
