Major Applications Team Leader

£60+ p/h Umbrella rate (DOE)
 
I am working closely with my LPA client based in Cheshire and assisting in their recruitment for a temporary Major Applications Team Leader.
 
In this role you will act as lead officer in respect of the significant major planning applications and appeals leading, as necessary, small teams of other officers. To assist the Principal Planning Manager and Planning & Enforcement Manager in the management of the Development Management Service and to deputise in their absence, including giving permission for development under delegated authority.
 
You must have excellent experience in dealing with a range of large and complex major applications and have previous management or team lead experience.
