Leakage Technicians required!!

My client is a large utilities contractor with a great reputation in the water industry. They are currently looking for experienced Leakage Technicians to join on a long term contract.

Location:
Exeter - South West Water Region.

Requirements:

This position is for a leakage No.1 who holds Water Hygiene and Streetworks Unit 2 qualifications. You must also have a full clean UK Driving license and no criminal convictions. The ideal Technician will have the ability to detect and accurately locate a leak utilising electronic sounding devices, such as Leak Noise Correlator; Ground Microphone; Acoustic Logging Devices such as Enigma System or Enigma Compact System; Step Testing and Electronic Pipe Tracing.

Salary and benefits:
Your salary will be dependent on your experience. You will also be entitled to a van, fuel card and opportunities to progress your career.

Qualifications and experience required:

• ·Ideally QCF (NVQ) Level 3 in Leakage
• NRSWA Streetworks Chapter 8 Signing Lighting and Guarding
• Full UK driving license
• Confined Space Entry
• National Water Hygiene Certified
• Calm Network Training.
