Role: Lead Asset Management Consultant

Salary: Up to £60,000 per annum depending on experience

Are you an Asset Manager with experience in the water or utilities sector, looking for your next challenge? My client, a multi-disciplinary consultancy attached to various water authority frameworks in the UK, is looking for an Asset Management Consultant to join their team on a remote basis.
 
Your role will involve working with internal and external teams to provide and implement asset management guidance and best practices. This may include collaborating or leading on small-scale, one-off pieces of work or larger projects over an extended period of time.
 
You will also undertake Root Cause Analysis to allow informed decisions on asset management, review business strategies for asset intervention, challenge and review investment decisions to ensure they are consistent and based on robust engineering and economic principles, and write technical reports to communicate the findings of a project to a client.
 
This is a remote role and you will work a 40-hour week.
 
The ideal candidate will have:
·Previous experience working within an asset management department, ideally within a regulated utility industry such as the water industry.
·A technical/engineering background and the ability to apply engineering principles to various types of assets.
·Demonstrable experience of involvement with price control reviews, ideally both preparing for and implementing the outcomes of.
