Interim Voids Surveyor
£25p/h+ Umbrella Rate (INSIDE IR35)

Enfield Council are looking for an experienced Voids Surveyor to join their Property Services team. You'll be responsible for inspecting void properties, preparing schedules of works, and managing contractors to ensure homes are turned around quickly, safely, and to a high standard.
 
What you'll be doing:
·Inspecting void properties and producing clear schedules of work
·Overseeing contractors, ensuring quality, cost, and time targets are met
·Ensuring compliance with health & safety and council standards
·Driving improvements in turnaround times and service delivery
 
What we're looking for:
·Strong background in voids, repairs or housing maintenance within social housing
·Contractor management and inspection experience
·Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
·Relevant surveying qualification (desirable, not essential)
