Operations Manager required on an interim basis to work on a highways term maintenance contract based in the Berkshire area.

As the successful Operations Manager you will be well versed in contract, commercial and all aspects of highways operations management from a maintenance point of view.
 
We will require you to hold sufficient experience dealing with public sector clients within the highways industry and also extensive experience with sub-contractor arrangements too.
 
The successful Operations Manager will have:
- NVQ Level 6 - Construction management or equivalent
- Experience within Term Maintenance contracts
- People management experience
- Strong IT skills with a broad knowledge of costing and measurement systems
- Great attention to detail with the ability to work to tight deadlines
 
In return, on offer is a 3 month minimum contract overseeing the operational management of this term maintenance contract, with an option for longer term work OR a contract elsewhere in the UK.
