·Acting as a "Trusted Assessor" when required - training can be provided if needed.
·Managing your own caseload - from initial enquiry through to sign-off, including resolving disputes where needed.
·Advising on Housing and Public Health legislation, and supporting the delivery of DFGs and discretionary grants.

To be successful, you must:
·Be a UK Resident
·Have minimum 3 year's experience within public sector delivering housing adaptations and supervising site works.
·Up-to-date knowledge of Building Regs (especially access standards), construction methods, and grant funding processes.
·The ability to write clear, detailed specs and produce technical drawings (CAD skills preferred).
