Job description
We're currently recruiting for an experienced Residential Engineer to join a busy site delivering a range of residential blocks along with surrounding roads, sewers, and associated groundworks.
Key Responsibilities:
·Engineering support for residential builds, infrastructure, and groundworks
·Setting out for roads, sewers, drainage, and foundations
·Working closely with the site team to ensure programme and quality targets are met
·Managing daily site records and QA documentation
Requirements:
·Experience working on residential groundworks projects
·Strong setting out and site engineering skills
·Own KIT (total station/GPS, laptop with AutoCAD, etc.) - advantageous
·CSCS card
·Able to work autonomously and liaise confidently with site teams
Details:
·Days only - Immediate start
·Rate flexible depending on experience and equipment
