What you'll be doing
As a Junior CAD Technician, you will:
·Design and implement highway design solutions for both public and private sector clients.
·Produce high-quality drawings, plans, and design documentation using AutoCAD.
·Collaborate effectively with stakeholders, contractors, and partner agencies.
·Support senior engineers with project delivery, reports, and cost estimates.
·Assist with programme and financial reporting to ensure projects stay on track.
What you'll need to succeed
You will bring:
·Strong numeracy, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
·Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
·A proactive, organised approach and the ability to manage your own workload.
·A full, valid UK driving licence.
Technical Skills:
·Proficiency in AutoCAD for highway design and drafting.
·Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
·Familiarity or understanding of ARCADY, PICADY, and LINSIG software (advantageous).
