Role: Industrial Electrician - Water Industry
Location: Sevenoaks
Duration: 6 months +
Rate: £18 - £20 per hour - Limited or Umbrella
Start Date: ASAP
 
My client is looking for Industrial Electricians with experience working within the water industry to join them working on AMP7 projects for Southern Water.
 
You will need to have 18th Edition qualification, a CSCS or ECS card, and a good background in Industrial Electrics.  Specific experience working with isolation of pumps, control panels etc. would be an advantage but isn't essential.  You will receive some training on the specifics of the work they do and will be partnered with a seasoned Mechanical Fitter to show you the ropes.
 
Responsibilities:
·You will be undertaking various Electrical maintenance, installations and refurbishment projects across mainly water sites.
·You will be involved in both water and waste water projects.
 
Skills & Qualifications:
·(NVQ or "City and Guilds" level 3)
·Confined Spaces certification (desirable)
·Water Hygiene (desirable)
·JIB Card (desirable)
·Full UK driving license (essential)
