My client is recruiting for a Housing Repairs & Operations Coordinator.  In this role, you will be at the heart of delivering top-notch service to residents, leaseholders, and other stakeholders, ensuring their homes and properties are safe, well-maintained, and meet all regulatory standards.

As a member of the Tenancy Advice & Repairs Team, you will manage repairs inquiries, providing first-contact diagnosis and scheduling repair appointments with ease and precision. You'll handle everything from repair assessment to coordinating the appropriate contractor or trade operative, while ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
 
The role will require you to be in the office every day for the first 4 weeks for training and then will move to a more hybrid pattern.
 
The Role
·Provide exceptional customer service by accurately diagnosing and scheduling repairs, ensuring efficient resolution for tenants, leaseholders, and other clients.
·Offer timely, mutually convenient appointments to clients, adhering to government and service-level response times.
·Conduct follow-ups, reschedule additional work as necessary, and complete customer satisfaction surveys.
·Use Northgate Housing System or Tech Forge for accurate logging and monitoring of repairs, ensuring high standards of safety and service.
·Take ownership of every call, delivering courteous and responsive service to all inquiries.
·Prioritize emergency repairs and ensure all Right-to-Repair calls are addressed within the required timeframes.
 
The Ideal Candidate
·Strong customer service skills with experience in a fast-paced, responsive environment.
·Proficiency in scheduling systems and handling repair inquiries.
·Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with contractors, team members, and clients.
·Ability to work independently and collaboratively to meet service targets and resolve issues.
