What you will be doing
As a Project Manager, you will be:
·Developing comprehensive project plans covering scope, programme and resource allocation
·Leading and motivating cross-functional delivery teams
·Managing highways, civil engineering and drainage schemes from inception to completion
·Building and maintaining strong client relationships through clear communication
·Identifying and mitigating project risks proactively
·Monitoring budgets, controlling costs and managing commercial performance
·Ensuring works meet regulatory, safety and quality standards
·Reporting progress, milestones and performance updates to stakeholders
You will play a pivotal role in ensuring projects are delivered efficiently, safely and to an exceptional standard.
What you will bring
To be successful in this Project Manager role, you will have:
·HND/HNC or equivalent in Civil Engineering (or similar discipline)
·Proven experience delivering large-scale civil or highways projects
·Strong knowledge of highways, civils and drainage works
·Demonstrable expertise in planning, scheduling and risk management
·Excellent leadership and team management skills
·Strong written and verbal communication skills
·Analytical thinking and effective problem-solving ability
·A full UK driving licence
