An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experiences Highway Maintenance Operative to come and join out busy client in Devon.
 
The Highway Maintenance Operative will:
 
·The operative will need to be technology minded, the main aspect of this job is about inputting all their works onto our Kaarbontech system and this is on a tablet device, full training will be given with extra support to start with.
·Highways experience would be a huge help but not mandatory.
·CSCS trained.
·Driving licence up to 3.5 tonne.
·Chapter 8 trained, 12D would be a huge benefit.
·Willing to work in all weathers as the GEB gang that this candidate be working on is also hands on and half of the job is manual, so will require him/her to get out and use hand tools and a leaf blower to clean up behind the mechanical machine.
·This candidate will be expected to fill their own paper work out each day, so daily risk assessments, Traffic management logs, defect books for their van's, and driving books - all this will be handed to the operative and training on this will be done in the induction.
