Job Title: Highway Electrical Contracts Manager

Salary: £50,000-£60,000

Are you an experienced Electrical Contracts Manager looking for a new challenge or an individual with an electrical background seeking to take the next step in your career? Our client, a leading Street Lighting Contractor, is seeking to recruit an Electrical Contracts Manager to manage their contract in the Bristol area.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work for a growing business with over 40 years of experience in the industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the delivery of all projects, planned and reactive maintenance, ensuring contractual commitments are met in line with contract KPIs, driving quality, innovation, and continuous improvement.
To succeed in this role, you will have experience in a similar position, a good understanding of Electricity at Work Regulations, BS 7671, Codes of Practice, and inspection, testing, verification, certification, and reporting procedures for the range of electrical work undertaken.
You should also have knowledge of all electrical systems in domestic and commercial settings, effective problem-solving and organizational skills, be a good communicator, able to work well as part of a team with excellent coaching and mentoring skills.
